LetMeAllez guide

Let Me Allez (LMA) is a tiny script that will transform all compatible links into Stay22’s Allez links. This is a drop-in script, meaning you just drop it in your <head> or bottom of <body> and it will automatically work! Read more about LMA here

Adding letmeallez.js to your site

There are three steps to installing the script tag.

  1. First, make sure you've registered an account in our hub and taken note of your AID: https://hub.stay22.com/

  2. Second, plug your AID inside the script in the code below, in between the quotes. If you don't use your AID, you won't get paid!

  3. Third, copy the following code (with your AID inserted) and paste it anywhere in the <body> or <head> tag on every page you need to transform the links (technically you should only need to install it ONCE globally in your footer or header file). You can even have it pasted through your Google tag manager.

<!-- Let me Allez (letmeallez.js) - Stay22 -->
(function (s, t, a, y, twenty, two) {
s.Stay22 = s.Stay22 || {};

// Just fill out your configs here
s.Stay22.params = {

// Leave this part as-is;
twenty = t.createElement(a);
two = t.getElementsByTagName(a)[0];
twenty.async = 1;
twenty.src = y;
two.parentNode.insertBefore(twenty, two);
})(window, document, "script", "https://scripts.stay22.com/letmeallez.js");

The script above is all you need to get those links changed automatically!

If you have Allez links already set up, this won’t affect them, and you can use Stay22’s Allez links going forth in tandem.

  • Does NOT permanently change your links. This is simply running on the client after the page is loaded. In case you want to revert, kindly remove the script and recover the links :)
  • Automatically inserts helpful campaignIds for you per page
  • Supports for short links, dns links, or hidden/obfuscated links.
  • Attempts to fix your broken links and 404s using direct supplier APIs. Because every link and click counts.
  • Also supports to be installed on gTag manager

Advanced Parameters to customize your LetMeAllez Script

Below table lists out the advanced parameters that you can use to customize your LetMetAllez script to your needs.

Param name Value Description
deepStruct List of specific link formats for LMA script to look out for, each one wrapped in quotations. If there are more than one, separate them with a comma. Support for short links, dns/pretty links or hidden/obfuscated links.
When used, LMA will look for the specifically listed link format provided. It is recommended that if you use short linking that you activate this parameter to ensure we aren’t missing your links.
excludes List specific suppliers in quotations and if there are more than one, separate them with a comma. Forgoing suppliers
When used, LMA will ignore the listed suppliers and will not convert their links.
preserveCampaign false (default) / true Keeping Your custom campaignIDs in your supplier links
When set to true, your custom campaignID used in your original supplier links will be saved as one of the campaignIDs. NOTE: this param will only work for Booking.com links

Redirecting Rules

  • Hotelscombined links will be redirected to booking.com
  • Everything else will be redirected to its respective supplier’s website
  • If the link is broken, we will attempt to fix it using the supplier’s API or fallback to search results
  • We always optimize for geographical location of the user (e.g: if the clicking user is in the UK, we’ll redirect them to the UK version of the supplier’s website (.co.uk, assuming it exists) even if your link is originally formed as US version (.com))
  • Lastly we sprinkle some AI magic using our OptimizeRedirect middleware. This is automatically enabled for anyone not having any excludes.

Pop is specifically designed for travel content creators. We enable these pops by default to help boost your revenue. In accordance with our supplier’s terms and to ensure a seamless user experience, our pops appear only when there is user interaction and clear intent to travel. This minimizes disruption to the user experience while still providing helpful content for your visitors. We don’t recommend turning off this feature, as it is tailored to maximize both user satisfaction and affiliate revenue.
Our machine learning algorithms determine the most relevant supply to display based on factors such as the content of the page, destination, user relevance, and the specific service required (accommodation, flight, car, etc.). This ensures that the pops we display are tailored to each user’s needs and interests, further enhancing their browsing experience on your site.
All LMA suppliers mentioned above participate in our Pop product. Different devices and browsers may have different behaviors. We recommend testing it out on your site to see how it works or view our demo. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

  • How can I know LMA is installed?
  • Simply open up your web inspector and look out for the rainbow 🌈 log in the console tab. If you don't see it, LMA is not installed.

  • Does LMA work in AMP mode?
  • Accelerated Mobile Pages is deprecated in the web and should not be enabled. It does not give a SEO boost anymore. If you still insist in showcasing your mobile pages with AMP, know that LMA or any other scripts do not run inside AMP.

  • I've installed LMA, but I can't see it in the console, or it only works on some pages. What should I do?
  • If you're facing issues with LMA not appearing on your website, such as on the homepage or specific destination pages, the problem is often related to caching rather than the installation itself. This issue is particularly common with sites using caching tools like WP Rocket. To resolve this, clear your site's cache in the caching plugin settings. Many experienced bloggers are familiar with this step and often perform it independently. Additionally, enabling and disabling WordPress plugins or clearing cache in WordPress Ezoic can also help address this issue.

  • Why should I swap my links with LMA?
  • One of the reason why we're able to convert your links better than their original counterpart is because we have special machine learning models trained specifically for your readers/fans and website design. Our OptimizeRedirect product studies your audience's booking habits and optimizes redirects to pages that are more likely to convert, resulting in enhanced earnings and an improved visitor experience on your site. This is automatically always turned on if you nothing in your `excludes`.
